Enhanced Head Rail: Improved Adjustability

The Head Rail on the FR-V5 has been redesigned for easier and more consistent adjustments. This change allows for finer control over the machine’s performance, enabling operators to achieve optimal results with greater precision.

Integrated Part Present Sensors: Space-Efficient Design

We have also introduced Part Present Sensors built directly into the head rail. This enhances the reliability of sensor readouts and optimises the workspace by providing operators with more room to work around the machine, contributing to a more efficient workflow.

Industry 4.0 and Smart Sensor Ready: Ensuring Consistency

Being smart sensor ready, the FR-V5 is equipped to capture and store all critical setup parameters. This capability ensures that the machine maintains consistent setups, even when different operators are involved in part changeovers. When these optional sensors are fitted, your machine is ready for the Industry 4.0 era.

Air Purge System: Smooth Part Ejection

The machine now includes an Air Purge System within the driver mechanism. This feature emits an air-blast through the spindle to prevent parts sticking to the driver, reducing potential disruptions in the production process and enhancing overall operational efficiency.

Upgraded Lubrication System: Precise Oil Dispensing

The upgraded Lubrication System now features a dosing pump, allowing for more accurate and controlled delivery of lubrication oil. This system is programmable, enabling precise control over the timing and quantity of oil dispensed, which is critical for maintaining machine performance and longevity.

User-Friendly Bowl Feeder: Simplified Adjustments and Access

The rail width can now be easily modified using hand wheels, and the Bowl Feeder Door can be opened during operation. This design allows for quick and convenient access, facilitating machine loading without halting the machine’s operation.
